Within the framework of a succession plan and growth financing, Odewald KMU, together with the management, intends to expand the growth course that has taken place in recent years. In this course, it is planned to increase ARTUS’s presence in Germany through the targeted opening of new branches, as well as the selected acquisition of competitors.
