ARTUS continues to strengthen its position as a damage restoration company for fire, water and natural hazards in the German market
ARTUS Gesellschaft für Brand- und Wasserschadensanierung mbH, a portfolio company of the Odewald KMU II Fund, has acquired BBS Service GmbH (BBS). BBS operates three branches in Lorch (near Stuttgart), Egelsbach (near Frankfurt) and Bibertal-Echlingshausen (near Ulm). In combination with the opening of the Karlsruhe branch in October 2020 and the acquisition of b&b Brand- und Bausanierung GmbH (b&b) in Bietigheim-Bissingen in December 2020, ARTUS is thus further expanding its position in the areas of fire and water damage restoration in southern Germany. Together with BBS, the ARTUS branch network grows to 24 locations.

BBS was established in 2016 by Messrs. Jonathan and Peter Fächner as a spin-off from a larger company. While Mr. Peter Fächner is leaving the company, Mr. Jonathan Fächner will continue to be available to the group. With approximately 80 employees, BBS has established itself as a leading regional fire and water damage restoration company
