Successful disposal of the univativ Group
With the disposal of the univativ Group, Odewald KMU has completed a further successful sale. The investors and the management, which had invested significantly in the company, were able to generate a very pleasing return on their invested capital.
The development of the univativ group since the launch with Odewald KMU in 2012 shows the partnership-based investment approach of Odewald KMU: Together with the management, the targeted growth strategy was consistently implemented with the opening of further locations in Germany and Switzerland, and the business model was rounded off with start-ups and acquisitions. Combined with strong organic growth, sales and earnings were thereby more than doubled during the holding period.
