Heizkurier takes over energy4rent in Austria
Heizkurier GmbH, a portfolio company of the Odewald KMU II fund and one of the leading service providers in the field of mobile heating and cooling systems in Germany, takes over energy4rent GmbH in Salzburg / Austria. In the course of succession planning, Heizkurier succeeds in entering the Austrian market with energy4rent, one of the market leaders for mobile heating and cooling solutions. With this acquisition, Heizkurier's service portfolio is expanded to include the areas of electricity and steam.

Energy4rent GmbH was founded in 2001 and is represented in Austria with two branches in Salzburg and Vienna. In combination with Heizkurier, energy4rent aims to expand its market position in Austria and southern Germany.
About Heizkurier
Heizkurier GmbH in Wachtberg, rents and sells mobile heating and cooling systems to corporate customers in Germany, with a focus on rental. The Portfolio of the rentable products covers oil gas heating centers, electrical heating centers, cooling systems, fresh water modules, air heater, heating water preparation systems as well as appropriate accessories, which serve the customers as temporary heat and warm water supply source. The heating centers are mainly used in emergency or special situations (e.g. heating failure), for heating renovations, for drying screed and heating of buildings, for the generation of process or industrial heat, for heating biogas plants or event heating. The customers are mainly from the areas of sanitary/heating, construction, energy and real estate as well as event management. The plants are developed and built by Heizkurier and are rented and sold nationwide through a sales network of currently six own locations. As Full service provider Heizkurier covers not only the production and supply of mobile heaters, but advises the customers with the selection of the correct devices up to the connection to the place of work.
