Odewald KMU supports Education Partners in its investment in Swiss Education Center AG

Education partners, in which the Odewald KMU II Fund holds a majority stake, acquired the Swiss Education Center AG, based in Lucerne, Switzerland, in May 2025. With its "Akademie der Naturheilkunde” (eng: Academy of Naturopathy), Swiss Education Center AG is the largest Swiss online education provider in the fields of nutrition and health and has successfully completed around 60,000 training courses since it was founded in 2005.

This strategic step enables Education partners, as a leading provider of online education, to further expand its offering and market position in the very attractive health sector and as a group to develop the Swiss online education market following on from the German and Austrian markets.

Since the investment of Odewald KMU in Education partners in September 2021, a total of seven acquisitions have been implemented in addition to establishing the succession, developing organizational structures, and introducing numerous organic growth initiatives. As a result, Education partners is already one of the leading online education providers in the DACH region, with thematic focus on pedagogy, business, IT/software, health, and pets, with more than 100 employees at locations in Lippstadt, Berlin, Munich, Vienna and Lucerne.

In addition to the diverse potential for organic development, further acquisitions are to be made in the very attractive market for online education.
