Odewald KMU portfolio company Education partners acquires another education provider

Education partners, a portfolio company of the Odewald KMU II Fund, acquired the Wuppertal-based Q-Learning Akademie, one of the leading providers of online continuing education for professionals in the areas of Lean, Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma. Hence, the range of courses in the business area is being systematically expanded.

Since the investment of Odewald KMU in Education partners in September 2021, a total of five acquisitions could be implemented in addition to the development of the organizational structures and the introduction of numerous organic growth initiatives. As a result, Education partners, with its thematic focus on pedagogy, health, business and pets, is already one of the leading continuing education providers in the DACH region with more than 60 employees in Lippstadt, Berlin and Vienna.

In addition to the diverse potential for organic development, further acquisitions are to be made in the very attractive market for online continuing education.
