Investment rationale of Odewald KMU

Odewald KMU aims to establish a group of dental clinics active in different regions in Germany. The market for dental clinics in Germany is still characterised by a highly fragmented market structure. Together with the management, Odewald KMU plans to expand the group to become a leading player in selected metropolitan regions. The envisaged growth and expansion will be achieved by organic growth at the existing locations, the opening of new clinics, and acquisitions of new clinics.
