Bäckerei Schmidt acquires bakery & confectioner Spilker

Bäckerei Schmidt, a holding of the Odewald KMU II Fund, has taken over bakery & confectionery Spilker in Lübbecke. In addition to organic growth, Bäckerei Schmidt is continuing to implement its growth strategy with this acquisition by opening new locations. Since the investment of Odewald KMU, the branch network of Bäckerei Schmidt has been expanded from 53 to 69.
