Heizkurier, a holding of the Odewald KMU II Fund, has taken over HDS Energy Solutions GmbH in Fulda. With the acquisition, Heizkurier continues to implement its growth strategy consistently and is thereby also preparing to enter the refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
