To this end, Odewald KMU has invested in a majority stake in Karl Schmidt GmbH. Mr. Karsten Schmidt still holds a significant stake in the business and will continue to lead the company in the future. The joint goal of the shareholders is to continue to grow successfully in the coming years, particularly by opening new attractive locations.
