In order to support further growth and to establish a successor solution, the managing partners, Ms. Britta Kaets and Mr. Martin Hecker, have entered into a partnership with the investment company Odewald KMU of Berlin, which specialises in high-growth small and medium-sized companies. To this end, Odewald SME has acquired a majority stake in Heizkurier. The founders continue to have a significant stake in the company. The joint goal of the shareholders is to achieve market leadership in Germany through organic and inorganic growth in the coming years and to open up markets in other European countries.
